<\/a><\/p>\nIt has fairly small vines that are easy to grow and they produce fruit well that ripen up quite quickly compared to a lot of other melons.<\/p>\n
They like full sun and plenty of manure and water and space to sprawl.<\/p>\n
The fruit are about up to 30cm diameter and mostly perfectly round. The colour changes as they ripen and the vine snub dies back so you know it’s ready to eat.<\/p>\n

They have quite a thin skin and you can eat right up to the inside within about 2mm of the surface. I have eaten small chunks of it accidentally and tbh it does not taste too bad either.<\/p>\n
They sound like a container of water when you drop them ( accidentally) and will break open easily so you do need to handle them carefully.<\/p>\n
